The Importance of Consistency in Marathon Training

When it comes to marathon training, consistency is key. Every step, no matter how short, takes you closer to your goal. Today, due to time constraints, my run was limited to just 5 kilometers. While it may not seem like much compared to the gruelling distance of a marathon, every run matters. It's about building a routine, nurturing discipline, and staying committed to the process. Regardless of the distance, getting out and lacing up your running shoes is a victory in itself. Embracing the small victories keeps us motivated, inching us forward, one stride at a time, towards the marathon finish line.
